Due to the nature and intended use of products sold by Shibari Supply, there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.  ALL SALES FINAL.

In the event that you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order and we will investigate on a case-by-case basis.

*Natural fiber ropes are hand crafted, and as such may occasionally contain minor imperfections which are not defects.
