  • What are the shipping options?

Our products typically ship via standard ground to save you money.  Please contact us prior to your order if you require faster shipping.

  • Why are some items shipping separately?

Some items, such as clothing and promotional products, are made on-demand and ship directly from the supplier.  Occasionally, we may also drop-ship a product from a supplier that is not in stock, but we do strive to keep as much inventory as possible on hand to ship.

  • What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?

The purchaser is responsible for any taxes or duties on orders shipped into their country.

  • When will I receive my order?

Orders of in-stock products typically ship next business day.  After that, the time depends on the shipping service and your location.  Please check the tracking number provided for estimated arrival time.

  • What do I do if I never received my order?

  • What do I do if I receive a defective order?

We strive to inspect products prior to shipping, but we are unable to inspect clothing and products from on-demand suppliers, so please contact us if you have a problem.  *Natural fiber ropes are hand crafted, and as such may occasionally contain minor imperfections which are not defects.

  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you if possible.
